During their investigation, Bullock learns that his gruff and mean-spirited manner has created enemies in the unlikeliest of people. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Based on the comic of the same name from Detective Comics #651, October 1992, by Chuck Dixon.&lt;/p&gt;
